POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assume full responsibility for top line P&L performance within your division
  • Hands-on sales leader able to recruit and run sales team that leads by example
  • Sell and close new business
  • Master complete understanding of product, marketplace needs, and competitive landscape
  • Identify prospects and systematically contact the right decision-makers
  • Nurture and manage additional sales professions to be productive and generate revenue
  • Maintain accurate and timely client, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Work with product, service and other teams to refine strategy, tactics, account management, and product
  • Run a disciplined organization and communicate consistently and clearly with management
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Integrity, Discipline, Inventiveness to consistently achieve results
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue/sales
  • Minimum of 5 years direct sales experience in advertising and recruiting-related industry
  • Minimum of 2 years sales management experience
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal oriented with negotiation and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of building, training and managing sales teams that meet/exceed goals
  • Successful experience developing strong client relationships
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, internet based research, CRM (salesforce, pipedrive, etc.)
